FPL Prize Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the FPL Prize website or app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About FPL Prize

FPL Prize is a tool for private Fantasy Premier League leagues. It helps users view league data, configure league rules, track league activity, and manage prize-related information inside their private leagues.

FPL Prize is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club.

3. Eligibility

You may use FPL Prize only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law and are able to form a binding agreement.

4. No paid service at this time

FPL Prize is not currently charging users for access to the service. If paid features, subscriptions, or league-level fees are introduced later, those will be governed by updated terms or additional commercial terms.

5. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of any information you enter into the product;
• the league settings, prize rules, activation settings, and payment-status labels you configure or update;
• keeping your use of the service lawful and respectful of others;
• ensuring any private league arrangements between league members comply with applicable law.

6. Prize and payment information

FPL Prize may help display, calculate, or track league prizes and user-entered payment statuses, but it is only a coordination and record-keeping tool.

FPL Prize is not a bank, wallet, escrow agent, bookmaker, gambling operator, or payment processor. We do not hold league funds and we are not a party to arrangements between league members.

Any prize structure, cash collection, payouts, reimbursements, penalties, or disputes are the responsibility of the relevant league members and administrators.

7. Data and availability

Some parts of the service rely on third-party data sources, including public Fantasy Premier League data. We do not guarantee that any data will always be accurate, complete, available, or up to date.

The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• interfere with the security or operation of the website, app, or underlying systems;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to data, accounts, or infrastructure;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute protected parts of the product except where allowed by law.

9. Intellectual property

The FPL Prize product, branding, design, code, text, and original content are owned by or licensed to the FPL Prize team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Third-party services and links

The service may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies.

11. Disclaimer

FPL Prize is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• complete accuracy of gameweek, league, fixture, or prize data;
• that league outcomes, calculations, or projections will always be correct;
• that the service will meet every user's expectations or legal needs.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPL Prize and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or league-related losses arising from or related to your use of the service.

This includes losses related to data delays, calculation errors, service downtime, league disputes, or prize disagreements.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPL Prize and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your league's off-platform arrangements.

14. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or respond to misuse.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised version.

16. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of FPL Prize, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
